When a potential client contacts me with questions, the first thing I do, is listen to what they have to say, so that I can clearly understand their needs and provide them with the best solution as possible. The better I know the scope of the job, the sooner I can help you with a solution and the sooner I can add value to your business ventures. The benefit for you is that you get what you pay for, you don’t pay for time that you haven’t used, and you don’t pay for additional expenses like phones, stationary, tea, coffee and other office incidentals. In addition, you don’t pay for any of the extra employee costs you encounter when you employ someone. Your Online PA is virtually there, when needed.
Sometimes, I find that people looking for help from me as their Online PA, are looking for someone to attend to admin and similar tasks which they do not enjoy doing or simply don’t have time. I find these clients most satisfying because I know that I have something to offer because of the vast amount of experience and skills I have. To me, it’s almost like being that person you know you can call in a pinch, when you are out of time or energy, who you know will come to the rescue so that you can be the best that you can be. No matter how simple or easy a task may be, I know that this foundation work is vitally important and will have an impact at the end of the day. This is the part of being an Online PA that I enjoy the most.
Now I am not saying I am a genie in a bottle and you may require skills that I personally cannot assist you with, but I have a trusted network of assistants with a variety of skills who I know will be able to benefit all of my clients.
